With Dr Moreira’s experience with top level sporting clubs and physical fitness, you can be assured a caring and supportive procedure and recovery.
Committed to improving outcomes for his patients Brett returned to study medicine and subsequently trained in orthopaedic surgery. He then commenced private practice at both Epworth Richmond and John Fawkner Private Hospital as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and is currently an on-call Trauma Surgeon at Western Health and Consultant Surgeon at St Vincent’s Health in Fitzroy.
Dr Moreira specialises in various surgeries including but not limited to shoulder, elbow, joint replacement and trauma surgery. He is actively involved in training and direct supervision for orthopaedic registrars, as well as medical students from University of Melbourne, Notre Dame and Deakin University. Dr Moreira enjoys and understands the value of working in a team to achieve great outcomes for his patients.

Courtney has worked in the medical field for 9 years in areas; Aged care, Radiology, and now Orthopaedics. Courtney has studied Human Services and Social work and is very patient focused. She likes to spend quality time with her family and friends and enjoys reformer Pilates.

Practice Manager
Maddy has 15 years’ experience working in various Hospital Administration Management roles and has a Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Psychology and Nutrition). She is committed to helping patients feel supported and informed, taking pride in improving processes for both patients and her team. In her spare time Maddy enjoys yoga and spending quality time with her young family.
